Our Returns Promise

We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition (free from stains, odors, or damage)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or customized items unless they arrive defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use our template below)
  2. Wait for our Bristol-based customer service team to approve your request and provide return instructions (typically within 24 hours)
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return to our UK warehouse using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your funds will be returned via your original payment method:

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color of our performance Work Shorts or Tops & T-Shirts? Follow the standard return process and specify “Exchange” in your request. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
